Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your I.AM.GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are fully intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed by our warehouse.
